Very courteous staff but quality of service was not what I expected.Have to purchase all parts and then to find out that the parts i purchased were not used(valves were not changed out) I ended up paying for just general installation when I thought I was getting more for my money. Too expensive will not use them again and will not refer them them to anyone.

Wow, what a company! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They called me right away and they were very professional. They had a well stocked truck. He did have to come back the next day because I had more of a giant floor drain. He didn't charge me for the 2nd day though which I thought was very nice.

I had a kitchen sink and faucet installed. He arrived on time both for the estimate and the installation. When there was a problem with a leak under the sink (which turned out not to be related to anything he had done) he promptly came back, diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Steve is a nice guy and an excellent plumber. We added a large addition to our house and Steve and his crew have done a great job plumbing our 3 bathrooms, laundry room and two fireplaces. We aren't completely done yet, but we've been really pleased so far. Good plumbers are hard to find.

Attempted to get me to pay for a leak that the installer caused. Told me that if I didnt want to get ripped off, don't go with the lowest quote. BTW, it wasn't the lowest quote.
