Caribbean Pools & Spas, Inc.

Bruce C the owner does not back up the warranty contained in the contract I have been in litigation with Carribean pools for over two years for three structural cracks in our pool. The finish is different colors throught the pool. The spa has four cracks in the finish. The coping pool tiles (tiles attached to the pool bond bean). The pavers around the pool are sinking and uneven. Pool looked good when they finished. Pool was only 1/2 to 2 years old when all this started. The worst decision I have made with a contractor.

Very much a pro. Customer driven. Highly reccomended to everyone. The tropical storm on memorial day delayed the start by a couple of days but the pool remodel, complete with a new paver deck, was completed in 3 1/2 weeks. Very satisfied! Now we have our own beach with a tropical pool. Complete with salt water!!!!!

Project completed on time and very satisfied with the results.

Bruce Cataldo was extremely helpful in explaining the work to be done and the material to be used. He provided alternatives and explained the differences between the alternative materials and colors. He did not pressure a decision or an acceptance of him as a contractor. He remained available to answer the many questions asked. Once the decision was made to contract with him to do the work, the scheduling and execution of the work was commendable. When the work was completed, Bruce inspected the work and serviced the pool. I could not be more pleased with the results of this project.

Can not say enough good about this company.
