Carter Door & Remodeling, LLC

The guys that came out were personable, but not well-versed in the installation of a wooden door; they were determined and honored my requests with professionalism

Outstanding service, door quality and courtesy.

He was very professional. Work was completed in less than 2 1/2 hours. His price was right.

Our experience was very positive. The sales staff shared information useful for us in our decision making process and we were given a competitive bid. We were given several options to consider and the time to make an informed decision. The sales staff and the installers we're very professional, they arrived on time and they very courteous. I would recommend Carter Door and Remodeling company to my frends who are considering the purchase of a garage door.

Carter door came out saw what needed to be done and did it within 2 weeks. The cellar door they made for me fits and looks great. They were courteous and the cost wasn't over the top.

Excellent service. Courteous and professional staff. Accommodated my urgency and offered to match any price that was lower than their quote. Highly recommended.

First rate

Did a great job!

Carter Door came out promptly, worked quickly, honored a competitor's bid, and were quite pleasant to work with as well. Would recommend to others.

very fast and great work! courteous and clean.

Personable staff, quick to schedule and complete the work. I had a garage exterior door replaced, 5 interior slabs cut to size, and an old sliding door removed. After a few minor adjustments the work was completed to my standards without any hassle.

i would recommend them to anyone!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the job & the service that Carter Door provided. Any time we had any concerns/questions, Carter Door was quick to address our concerns & work with us to make sure that we were happy with the job.

Although the project will not start until next week, so far we are very pleased with their service, knowledge, and experience.

Professional, on time, and thorough

They were very professional they gave me a reasonable bid and did the work in a professional manner

On time. Fast, quality service. Slightly high costs than others but was well worth the quality of service. They lubed entire door without any additional charge. Also gave sound advice for caring for the garage door.

I had Carter Doors come out for repair of my sliding glass door. I needed replacment of the runners. I called tham and they came out the next day. I was given a quote over the phone. While working on the door the gentleman could not get the outer door off so he could get to the inner sliding door. He worked for quite a while and then call for 2 more guys to come help him. They found that the door had been caulked on both sides and they were able to finally muscle it out, The door works great now and I was charged just what I was quoted regardless of the extra effort required to do the work. Great Job.

Very prompt and courteous. Fast and reliable. Very fairly priced expecially considering all of the work they did...

Great customer service. They were able to provide same-day service and match competitor's price. Technicians were skilled and courteous as well.
