Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
As a Mechanical Engineer I did my homework and even had other top rated companies bid. Matt & Jeff were extremely knowledgeable, patience while we exchanged multiple e-mails and explained everything in a straight forward approach. I asked about a heat pump with my application and Jeff said he could not recommend that product for my application due to the efficiency of the existing unit, basically I'd get little return on investment. Where the other top rated companies jumped at this $ opportunity and then gave guff about quoting lower $ types of systems, not Jeff & Matt. Highly recommended!

Provided several quotes for a heat pump with different models and different energy efficiencies so we could get comparable estimates. Explained why we needed the size recommended and the benefits of the increased SEER. They showed up on time explained what they were doing and the new digital thermostat. They cleaned up after and gave a follow up call about a week later to see if we had any questions and make sure everything was working. They did a great job from start of quote to follow up call after job was completed

This was just a basic easy in/easy out furnace replacement. They did the job in half the time they estimated and everything is working great. Glad to be rid of the 30 year old system that was finicky about starting up.

I searched and spoke with several contractors over the past two years knowing that we needed to replace our "dinosaur" of a furnace. After meeting with Cascade Heating and Air Conditioning, and receiving their bid for the installation of our new furnace, and removal of our old furnace, I am happy to report that Cascade was an excellent choice as a contractor for our job. They carry Rheem furnaces, and we had chosen the brand before we attempted to choose our furnace contractor. Their prices were reasonable, allowing us to order a more efficient and effective furnace for our money. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!

Heat Pump Repair or Service
I think they should have added more stars for this company. He was not only on time, he did the electrical disconnect and took so little time to do it. I got a quote for almost 6 times the amount from an other company for doing the same thing. It took him less than an hour and he charged a basic service charge. I was not there for the completion so he could have milked it out and did not. He is honest and kept in communication as to his arrival time/date. I can !NOT! say enough about this contractor. I will use him from now on and HIGHLY recommend you do the same!! ( cute baby girl too...saw the baby when I dropped off payment)

Technician Matt did a great job! Really took time to explain and teach me aspects about my furnace that I did not know. I will now probably save a couple hundred dollars over the year! I would recommend Cascade Heating to everyone. A+++++ experience!

Cascade Heating did a terrific job replacing our duct work! They were informative, friendly, flexible, and their price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. In fact, they went above and beyond with their service. They scheduled us quickly and took care of our project in one day. We really appreciate all of their help, and would definitely use them again!
