Repaired shujtters damaged by youngster trying to climb them. Had to replace shutter rod and some shutters. Stain color had to be matched. Castle did a great job. Shutters look great.

The quality of the work was excellent. However, we seemed to have a great deal of trouble communicating simple things. Such as what was really meant by "a-week-or-so" which turned out to be almost a month. Not critical, just irritating. Time is very "flexible" with these people. Also, the installer that did the work got the wrong message on the start time. THEN, he had quite a bit of "an attitude" that I didn't care for at all. Sometimes workmen seem to forget who is paying the bill. A bit of courtesy would have gone a long way. However, again the work was fine.
