Paul is an extremely involved and knowledgeable contractor. He handled all aspects of the job appropriately and completed it on time - and it looks gorgeous. We really liked that Paul took a personal interest in the project. The workmen were very well skilled and committed to the project - and really nice! They worked every day -- we didn't have any problems with absenteeism. Overall, we are extremely happy with the end result -- and the process to get there was not cumbersome.
