Charles contacted me immediately and was able to come out to my home within 2 hours. Also, when no one else could get the part needed to repair my oven without ordering it, Charles had it in stock, making the repair less expensive.

He replaced the ice maker, but the next day there was still no ice or water coming from dispenser. So he came back and replaced the main valve and did not charge me labor on this part. So I credit him for that. He's real nice and knowledgeable. I think they overcharge for the parts, but they all do.

Called us to let us know he was on the way. He had some doubts about parts availability but was able to complete the repair on the first visit.

Charles was great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Most of all, he was honest. Another estimate I received from a different company for my washing machine repair was double his price and included work that did not need to be done, with parts that do not even exist! Charles gave me the real scoop on what needed to be done (information I confirmed by calling the manufacturer). When all was said and done, he didn't make as much money as the other guy would have on this job, but he'll have my business in the future. With dishonest, desperate people out there, I highly recommend him to ensure you are treated fairly and the job is done right

He needs to come 3x to finally fix the refrigerator which is just a loose connection. He tried to replace the main board and dispenser board which are not the problem. He was able to figured it out after he sought help from his partner. I was billed for $125 for labor and supposed to be replacement part but no such part was replaced. The service bill was to compensate him for 3 days of figuring out the disconnection problem.
