Central Florida Home Inspections, Inc.
About us
Buying a new home is probably the biggest investment you'll ever make. And its a decision that will affect you for years to come. The process can be extremely stressful and confusing and of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase decision. A professional inspection will significantly reduce your risk and help make the entire home buying process easier and less stressful. We at Central Florida Home Inspections, Inc., really enjoy helping our clients through this process. Customer service is our highest priority. With that in mind, when conducting an inspection, we encourage all of our clients to accompany us during the inspection. You are free to ask any questions you may have during the inspection process. We will point out any major deficiencies and explain them to you as well as the good points of the house. We will also recommend maintenance tips that will help prevent future problems. This will help you gain an understanding of the various systems that make up your home. You'll receive a computer generated report with digital photos that contains much more than most reports and is easy to understand. Any major deficiencies discovered during the inspection will be included in the report as well as additional pertinent information. We are fully licensed and insured.
