The installation crew was very professional and the after-care service was satisfactory.

They were prompt with the quote and scheduling the work after the problem was identified. The work was done while we were away, but I didn't receive any notification it was complete, I had to call Tony to verify, this is my only complaint.

Overall, Century did a fine job in the tear off and installation of the new roof. The negatives - some problem s with coordinating with inspectors, Tear off foreman and installation foreman were two different people, crew should have placed tarps around the house to reduce the amount debris left in the yard. The positives - The roof and looks and functions great. The new ridge vent and sofit vents should help keep the house cooler in the summer. The roofers fixed the pitch in the existing gutters and repaired some of the sheathing at no additional cost.

New Century is outstanding in their customer service. Raymond contacted us almost immediately, explained the whole process to us and got back with us on the quote, His follow up was fantastic, Although it ended up we did not replace the tile New Century is going to power wash and paint and seal the cement tiles that are on the house as there really is no damage just dirty moldy. For 1/5th the cost it will look like a new roof.

I believe it was Diaz but I still can not find the business card. As i said earlier this project belongs to my wife. If you look at the roof my wife first reaction was she orderd gray not black tile?Altough i was told about the cables it seem strange that they are hanging all over?My wife also wanted the drains to be covered not open?They seem uncovered/open.The work was suppose to take three days but went from Wed. to Monday?The roof was striped off by 10:40am.Thursday I recieved a called about minor rot. Friday was the day again the team came over. it seems like the teams were doing other jobs at the same time. Thank You

I highly recommend New Century Roof Tile! Everyone was Very professional and accommodating. Communication was always open and clear. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish and my roof is better than I ever imagined. I am sure I made the right decision to use NCRT!

Great company. Everyone at New Century Roofing Tile went the extra distance to make sure we were happy. Raymond, the sales rep, had consistent folow-through and that is what ultimately led us to choose this company over the others.

They did a fantastic job. It took longer than expected but it was well worth the time. Now that the rainy season is here the true test begins but so far everything is fine. People from the company were easy and pleasant to deal with throughout the whole project.

I'd like to re-rate them. Overall they were fantastic. They did a wonderful job with our home. They were the most professional of the ones that were recommended by this site. Courteous and good on their word. They were a bit more expensive but well worth the price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone that I dealt with at Century Roof Tile was extremely courteous and professional. They did a great job at cleaning up every night prior to leaving, and the roof looks fabulous!! I'm really happy with the job.

Very little communication leading up to the installation (only after calling them the day before they were supposed to do the work did I find that my project was going to be pushed out one month).

They were not as careful leaving the property in the state that it was at the start date (damaged outside fence/steps, forgetting cable connection near edge of roof, damaging parts of existing structure during demo). Getting follow up on these items took persistence.

The work was very well done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

After initial disagreement about scope of the work- and after being told about additional charges that I thought were in the initial bid- this contractor has completed the job to my satisfaction. Although we disagreed, at all times they were professional in their communications.

American Home renewal did fine job of estimating - but Century Roof had better product and skills Trammell called once and failed to call bac for appointment after agreeing to do so

A pleasure to work with. I felt my money was well spent.
