My salesman John Frayne has been there for me every step of the way and continues to do so as we wrap up the final touches of my pool. Every question has been answered and so far all the little things that you don't even think about are being taken care of. I credit all of this to John and Sarah in the office. When I had a problem or a question, John (my salesman) has taken care of it personally. I would recommend him totally, no matter what company he worked for. My pool is beautiful and we love it. The clean-up crew also did an exceptional job and was willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Love it.

This is our first pool. Challenger where recommended by our builder. Their sales team was efficient and helpful. Work on the pool tool a bit longer then expected, but when finally it was delivered we where happy with the results. We had a problem with the pump about 2 months after closing, they came and fixed it in 3 days. Will definitely recommend them.

The pool turned out well and looks good, but I have had a horrible time with communication where Challenger is concerned and after the completion of the pool, I would have liked for them to have made sure that I was comfortable with maintaining the pool such as cleaning, changing filter, etc (which I am not) and after the little 15 minute pool school, they considered themselves done. When asked if someone could come out and show me how to clean the pool filter again, it was recommended that I just get a pool service. They have not even completed hooking up the salt system yet..... I repeatedly tried calling the pool guy that Challenger contracts out to do this work for them - because I need to know when he will be coming out to hook the salt system up - can't get a hold of him. When I call Challenger, their response is - do you have the pool guys number?? Challenger is not done until everything is hooked up and working!! Another thing that spoiled this experience - they started on the pool the first week of August and did not complete until the end of November. They didn't communicate with me to let me know what was going on. I always had to call and they were always waiting on inspections....?? When I signed up with Challenger, they said that it would take anywhere between eight and ten weeks. It took almost fifteen. So, now that it is winter, I can't swim, unless I purchase a heater or solar. I have been very disappointed with my experience. I hope all pool companies don't treat their customers this way!
