CheckMark Cleaning was very professional! They were extremely thorough and asked me to check all areas as they finished them to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely being using them again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great cleaning of their home.

Two maids were here for 4 hours, so they did a lot of work, but they didn't do some things I would have expected like vacuum my master bedroom closet, clean out my coffee pot, move my coffee pot so they could clean the entire kitchen countertop, and take out the trash in 2 bathrooms. While I appreciate that they cleaned my entire desk, they moved all my equipment around and I had to move everything back. I may have high expectations. I expected better communication skills also.

Did a great job, just needed to remind them to put things back in their place. Overall, great job.

They were extremely prompt. I had only just entered my information on the website & the owner called me.Their prices are very reasonable. Their staff did a good job! I've dealt with both of the others you referred & I wouldn't deal/hire either of them. In fact, I never heard from either of them.

Initially started doing a very good job....Over time, quality of cleaning dropped off. Amount of time doing cleaning went from 3.5 hours to about 2 hours and thus the quality.

We have used cleaning services in the past and have never been as pleased as we are with Premier Cleaning. We will continue to use their services. Excellent customer service, along with very professional cleaning.

Mark and Rossy were very nice and easy to communicate with. I think they could have done a better job in terms of cleaning. But they did offer to come back to redo things they missed. Overall, I think they are professional, courteous and efficient.

I thought I was getting a deep cleaning. I could have done the hit and miss job they did with my eyes closed and I wouldn't have had to pay so much money. This was $135.00. I've had a much better job done by an individual for $60.00. Lightswitches still had finger prints on them. he bathroom counter still had toothpaste dripped down the front of it. The sheets on our king size bed were put on sideways.My son's bedspread was on upside down. The bathroom floors were not clean. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Mark was very courteous and extremely nice but the overall service of his crew was not up to my expectations. After the first "deep cleaning" they had to return for obviously things as dusting. It appeared everything was "wiped down" instead of cleaned. My husband commented after the second cleaning, the house did not have that "just cleaned" smell at all. The intent is there but quality of work is not. We will continue to look for a service.

Mark and his team were right on time and very nice to all of us. They were very thorough and stayed focused on the job the entire time they were here. Mark has made it very easy to communicate with him about any problems or anything special I would like done. I have been very happy with this service and I am looking forward to a long relationship with them.

Their (the owner actually) customer service is spectacular. He really listened and ensured the work was done to my liking. Follow up went well, even though there were a few minor things they overlooked. I am encouraged by his sincerity to want to do a great job and will most definately use them bi-weekly. The cost was a bit higher than what I was expecting but to be able to depend on them to do this good of a job every time out is worth it.

I purchased a service tailored to people selling their homes. I was told the house would be clean. But doors and door frames were not cleaned. Light switches and baseboards were not touched. Light fixtures were not dusted. The oven was cleaned but not clean. To add insult to injury, a large amount of my own cleaning supplies were used by the crew without my permission. I came up short four rolls of paper towels, most of a bottle of floor cleaner, and most of a bottle of bleach. Some of the bleach was splashed on a shower curtain, ruining it.
