BEWARE !!! Horrible unethical business practices. Chesapeake Irrigation and lighting attempted to charge for services that were not done or agreed to. I never signed a contract or agreement to nearly 200.00 in fees. Once aware of the charges i Tried several times to understand charges and get any-type of agreement or signed contact showing that the work the tech claimed to have performed was actually done. They refused to furnish but referred me to credit reporting agency. Get everything in writing upfront before they do anything.

"Mr. P, You called and scheduled an appointment to have us come out and turn on your irrigation system for the season, which we did. We sent out the invoice on 4/26/23. Multiple attempts were made to contact you regarding payment without success. Our only recourse was to send your account to collections. Were not sure what you mean by agreement or signed contract showing that the work the tech claimed to have performed was actually done. You were there personally when the system was started because you told the tech you wanted to hold off on some of the improvements he recommended."

I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND EXCITED ABOUT MY NEW SYSTEM , I LOVE SHOWING IT OFF TO ALL MY INVIOUS NEIGHBORS. I HAVE PUT THIS OFF FOR FOUR YEARS THINKING THAT IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE. DAVE UNDERWOOD WALKED ME THROUGH EVERY FACET OF INSTALLATION AND PRICING AND JUST A SHORT TIME LATER, I AM WATERING MY LAWN AND ENJOYING IT. FINALLY, I AM AN AVERAGE GUY WIYH AN AVERAGE LAWN... They came out quickly, did their job and left. Price wasn't a deal, but no more expensive than anyone else. Person was friendly and knew a lot about the system. I'd recommend to a neighbor or friend.

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
Had issues with the sump pump water line was broken. The crew attempted to repair it but hooked it up to the wrong disposal line. I had to go back out and dig it all back up again disconnect the wrong line and connect to proper line. It would not have been bad had they not known that what they did was incorrect but I told them at the time it was the wrong line and they said that was my problem not theirs.. The winterization of the lines was perfect and the gentleman did an outstanding job. Yes, I would recommend your product but would not argue if a friend or neighbor went with someone else.
