Chim-Cheree was able to schedule a same-day appointment so my chimney could be cleaned before my furniture was moved in. Chris was great... friendly, cheerful, and obviously experienced in the family business. He answered all of my questions about my fireplace and its maintenance, and could not possibly have been more accommodating and professional. Thank you so much!

For $110 I think the techncian should have cleaned the glass and tested the gas fireplace. I needed certification for a CCO and the technician checked for a clog I guess. I don't know what he did because although I said call me10 minutes before, and the company did, he got there before I did. He checked the vent and was done when I got there. I feel ripped off. P.S. I wanted to leave 0 stars for "Value for Money" but your prompts wouldn't allow it.
