Scheduling takes forever 1+month to get scheduler to call and then another 2-4weeks for installation appointment. Customer service is non-existent

Company will not stand behind their work. My countertop is separating and the company is demanding $300 to fix the problem. Most likely the separation is from Poor installation: Substandard installation is a major factor, including using a weak adhesive, improper alignment, or inadequate support from the cabinets below.
Two years ago I would have written a positive review for the company. They installed countertops in three houses for me. It?s crazy that $300 is more important than customer satisfaction. If just one customer goes with a different company at least it will make up for the $300.00.
