The locksmith was excellent. None of the keys I had for the door worked, and the aluminum frame was bent so the door didn't always latch properly. (The real problem is that I'm living in a mobile home, and I'm learning that many things that work in real houses don't fit in these damn Popiel Pocket domeciles. Tried to install a new lock myself, tried to use a converter kit from Home Depot, couldn't make it work.) He fixed and reinstalled the old locks (knob and deadbolt), rehammered the frame and fixed the latch, rekeyed them both and rekeyed the door on the other side to the same key so now I only have to deal with one key instead of two.

I needed to rekey nine locks. After the initial contact, Jeff kept me informed about his schedule as he worked me in somewhat late in the day. He arrived, went right to work and about an hour later was finished. Like his professional manner and appreciated his quick response. The cost was fair. I'll call him the next time I need locks worked on.
