Chris Smith HVAC, Inc. heating & air conditioning offers dependable, quality work at fair prices. We service all brands and recommend Trane quality replacement equipment. We believe in keeping your current system alive and operating efficiently and we only recommend equipment replacement as the last alternative. Our preventative maintenance program includes 2 visits per year and is only: $129 for the first system and $60 for each additional system. We look forward to speaking with you.
