CitiStar did a good job explaining what they planned to do.They were very professional.

Citistar refinished my front door as per bid. The painter was late on two occassions due to unexpected car trouble and traffic situation, but put in extra effort upon arrival to insure that the work was done appropriately.

I needed my job quickly because it was an exterior job. They called right away, gave me a quote over the phone, booked the job for the next day, came to my house that evening to preview the job, and showed up promptly the next morning. The job was finished in a timely manner and was a fair price. Jim came out again later that day to make sure the job was to my satisfaction. I was very impressed with the whole professional process. I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent communication, easy to work with. The painting was well done, professional, quick and neat. We would definately hire again.

Very pleased with the work done on my custom book shelves. They made it look 10 times better on the finish and did a wonderful job preparing the room. Would recommend to friends and family and would like to use them again for other paint and staining home improvements.

Fees were very reasonable compared with other bids received. Painters were reliable and friendly and did a great job. We were very happy with the service and would use again in the future.

CitiStar Painting did an excellent job. The painter was neat, clean and the job was done to perfection. I have contacted Jim Knight to do several more painting jobs for me. I am very please with their work.

Painters were inconsiderate, using without permission every bathroom to wash brushes, ruining with spirits a laminate floor, and scratching furniture. The owner's response was that "his people" do not do these things. The painters appeared to resent attempts to discuss their work, because "they knew what they were doing". Quality varied by room, mostly acceptable but some areas with poor finish or sloppy. Touch-up could not solve some of the problems. The price would have been fair had the job been done right. The owner listened to these complaints and visited, then never got back to us, despite our pursuing him for a response.

Very professional. Jim took the time to look closely at what was really needed in order to repair the plaster, not just to cover it up. The work that Terry & Rick did was incredible. These are not just two guys w/ a bucket of paint & a brush. The quality shows (ex: some plaster walls are textured; Terry mixed in sand so that repaired sections blended in almost seamlessly). The new dry wall ceilings in particular look unbelievable. They were very responsive to me, including a color change & going back over spots that did not look quite right. If you are going to go to the expense of hiring professionals, you should consider Citistar.

They did an outstanding job. The crew was great. I have a blind cat and they went out of their way to ensure that he was safe throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about Terry and Rick. Thanks again for the great job.

My sister and I are very pleased with the final results of Citistar painting house is over a hundred years old and the painting and repairs that were done has transformed our kitchen and living room give this the highest rating because we are so pleased.

The painter were very kind and helpful to some little details that needed to be done and pointed them out to me. It was beyond my expectations.
