There were a number of items missed and not fully completed. I will have to complete these items myself. I also thought some items were going to be done as per the walkthrough. Over charged for what was done.
Response from Clean Endings, LLC
"A monthly follow-up visit had been previously scheduled at the time of the Spring cleaning. Client agreed that missed items would be taken care of at this time at no extra charge. Then client called and cancelled the follow up visit. We would have gladly honored our guarantee to this client."

I only gave 4 stars simply because I don't have anything to compare ~ this is my first time with maid service. I have no complaints ~ the gals went right to work and the house smelled and looked great when they finished. It is wonderful to have everything dust and spot-free, and I look forward to seeing the team regularly! The faucets in my bathtub have never shined so bright...

I have never had anyone do better work and give them the highlest rating. They work very efficiently and and are very hard working. I really appreciate their friendly demeanor, it is welcomed.
