Clean Guaranteed

My interaction with them over the phone was good. I was not at home when they performed the job, but my wife and son were. The only drawback, is that they did not call a day before they came out. My wife & Son were not sure what was going on. But otherwise they did a great job. When I was able to check it out, they did such a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done. Cleaning our gutters.

Actually showed up 1 day earlier than appointment, but I was happy they did. Very courteous and did a great job. Cleaned up afterward. I will definitely call them again.

We were very impressed that Clean Guaranteed showed up the very next day after our phone call even though it was raining. They told us they could not work in the rain. Then, they arrived the very next day. While cleaning our gutters, they noticed a problem with our copper gutter downspout. I wish they had done a better job of communicating this problem with me. I would have liked a phone call. I was left with just a note on my invoice and then when I called the company about the problem no one with any real knowledge spoke with me about next steps.

They came when they said, but it was a rainey morning and they seemed to beat the return of rain by 5 minutes. They did say weather permitting...not sure what that means?

Clean Guaranteed did a great job. Steve was very courteous on the phone and they completed the job on time.

The guys worked hard, they neglected to do the unattached garage, which had been part of the quote, but when I pointed it out, they did do it. The job was quoted for less than the final bill ended up being.

He was available very quickly and very reasonably priced. Showed up on time and did a great job for the price guaranteed. Would recommend to others and will use him again in the future.

Steve has been very conscientious in contacting me. We had to reschedule our appointment because of snow, but so far he's been very good about returning calls. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the quality of the work as it hasn't been performed yet.
