Clean Til It Squeaks

While this cleaning service did a decent job cleaning, I was disappointed in the communication about what I was being charged for in the end. I was told that the workers were $25/hr for each team member. At the end of the cleaning day (this was a rental move-out), the number of workers X number of hours did not add up to the total I was charged and I could not get a sufficient explanation as to the discrepency. This stinks of someone who is not being straight with me.

the original quote was 310.00 but she said it was 385.00 when she finished thats a big difference in her walk through and initial quote to the end and the garage was not swept out which i assumed would have been done. but the inside of the house was clean although my landlord said she spent 2 additional hours cleaning?? i took pictures after the cleaning and it was clean.

The service was very good. The team did a great job in getting everything squeaky clean. My wife was pleased with the work that was done. My only advice is improve on the schedule on arrival time.

The cleaning was excellent!! However, the pricing was not. My house was in perfect shape once they left -- they did detailed and excellent work. However ... make sure you get a definite quote *before* they start cleaning. They quoted me $65-75 before they came, but then charged me $125-150 once they arrived. This was in part my fault, because I did not have them view the place before they actually cleaned it. However, I was stunned that the price was double what they quoted me.

They came and cleaned exactly what we agreed to for the first time.

Yilda and her companions cleaned my house beautifully and I am very pleased with their service. They will be continuing to provide maid service for us on a bimonthly basis. Ms Alvarado was professional, friendly and very competent.
