I did my initial "big" cleaning. Some things were wonderful, others were missed. For instance, the shower stall glass door looked absolutely perfect, but the shower stall itself did't appear to have been cleaned at all. I had the windows done and they looked fantastic! They missed cleaning off my stainless dishwasher front (very noticable) and a bathroom mirror (also very noticable). The house looked nice overall, but I felt that for the price, there should have been more attention to detail. I will try another company next time.

The two ladies who cleaned were very nice and courteous. They worked non-stop for 3 hours (2500 sq. ft. home).

I was not very happy with the first cleaning and have talked to Ruby about this. She offered immediately to send someone over to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas. The second crew was much better and detailed in their cleaning and I hope they will keep it up.

I did not feel like the initial cleaning was done to the extent that it should have been, i.e. cabinet fronts not wiped, mildew in the shower not cleaned, several items on counter and table not wiped down. I will try a different team on the next cleaning.

I had my first cleaning last week and the two ladies did a fabulous job in a very short amount of time. They were kind and ensured that everything was to my satisfaction prior to leaving my home. They also addressed some concerns which I had discussed with Ruby T., such as hard water deposits on my shower stall glass. I would highly recommend Cleaning Concepts by Kristin.
