Yes, I recommend this pro
This job is still not done. The crew who installed the soffit did not use ANY vented soffit. This was not what the contract stated. I pointed this out to an employee who visited the house back in December. This person was to contact his supervisor to plan on re-installing the soffit with atleast some vented pieces. We understand that with the winter months, outside work is not ideal, however, we hope to have this mistake corrected in the near future.

The person who completed the contract did so erroneusly. A week and a half later I was notified of the error. He said he would drop new one in the mail. It came a week later with a new date for installation, which was for a time (2 weeks later than agreed to) when I had planned to be at a wedding out of state. I called to change the date and a date for installation was set. I left work two hours early, to accomodate. They did not show up. I called and after speaking with four people, it was finally decided they would come when I was not home and would pick up hte check at 4:40 pm. I left work early to accomodate. They came at 6:15

I am sorry to say it is 1 year now and I still can't get this company to repair these gutters that have not worked from day one. They finally sent a person out last month and I was told they were not installed correctly that is why they are draing over the gutter. They were supposed to send someone out to fix it. Again they have not done so. I have been polite, patient & truly believed in this company. I am forced now to have to take the gutters off my house, before they do anymore damage this winter. We are in our 70s & I am ill, I can not go through anymore of this with them. It is to bad, it was a good product. Please don't recomend them.
