He seemed knowledgeable, but I think he underbid, initially. So, when he was finished, he ended up charging us $55 more than the price he gave us at first. The work was good, he was friendly, prompt and cleaned up afterward.

When the job required more work than anticipated in the original quote, Chris still honored the quote and only added the cost of the extra supplies. We simply reimbursed him for the Home Depot receipt. It was a very fair arrangement.

he was able to get our bath tile replaced with a minumum of cost, and one I purchased materials for him, he took care im a very nasty wall moisture problem as well.

Great work on a difficult grout removal project due to the stone tile is not square but has wavey edges and very detailed chair rail in shower stall. We are very pleased with Chris's work and appreciate his effort to make the shower look its very best.
