the only good thing about this guy, is that he was the only guy to contact me and he came on a Sunday. He was at my house to give an estimate for a new split system. We got to talking about current system and my complaint about wet ceilings. He volunteered to check it out. He did go up and crawl around the space above second floor He really didn't do much, he didn't even have a multimeter to check the current to a float switch, but did say it was wired wrong. He also told me my duct work was loaded with mold, and that he new somebody that could correct this problem at a good price. He worked out of his car trunk ! Stay away from CM H/C
