Extremely pr0fessional and responsive. Immediately reached him on the phone, and he was at my house in fewer than 30 minutes. I had locked myself out of my house, and he was able to open the door within minutes.

The guy showed up without calling to confirm the appointment. Having completly forgot, I could not be home for him to complete the job and asked if he could come back. He was so rude and messed up the lock in the front door leaving me no access to my apartment. Definitely dont recommend to anyone.

C&M Locksmith came in a timely manner after our lock broke and we thought that we could not get into our home. However, while waiting my daughter was able to get into the house and his services were not needed. So it was expensive venture for not needing the locksmith as we were charged for the service call. I don't wish to make it sound as though having to pay was wrong because we did call and we were told that there would be a fee and that was fair and I think that if we had needed the service it would have been as the locksmith was very professional.

he nicked the paint on the door and shrugged it off; didn't clean after himself; expensive considering he just installed a lock that I purchased; he charged me 5 times the cost of the actual lock; he charged me for installation and service (what's the difference)
