Horrible and dishonest. IF your home warranty company assigns you this company, I'd recommend asking to be reassigned. If you've already been taken advantage of by them, then file a complaint with the home warranty company. Don't let them take advantage of you. In my experience, they had Ivan come out. He then tried to "upsell" the issue and said yes the warranty will cover the part/job but that he must "bring things up to code" and charge 2.5k outside of what the home warranty would cover. IF something similar happens to you, don't like this company/Ivan shake you down for more money. Cash out with the home warranty, report them, and hire an honest company instead.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
C&M was very attentive, professional, clean work environment, and reasonably priced. They completed the job in the timeframe and budget estimated. When adjustments were made to the project the cost change was reasonable and discussed upfront to completing the work.

Plumbing for a Remodel or Addition - Install
They have done many projects for me. They are really good, nice and cleans up on the job, very prompt in the work. They also get the needed permits and codes for the work.
