About Us Coastal Empire Exteriors opened in January of 2000 in a DeRenne Ave Storefront. Since that time CEE has enjoyed an increase of business that most would agree is phenomenal. In 2000 CEE Installed 33 sunrooms and had sales of just over $700,000. Since Opening their new showroom in October of 2002, their business has literally exploded. 2003 sales of 3.1 Million for the year was an 87% increase over 2002. 2004 Sales have already exceeded 3.5 million, and the company expects their volume to be in excess of 6 million for fiscal 2004, building over 250 sunrooms and installing more than 4000 replacement windows. Sandy has a B.S. in education from Waynesburg College, and taught kindergarten for 8 years before starting CEE with her Husband Kip. Kip has been involved in the home improvement industry for almost 18 years, and with Four Seasons Sunrooms for almost 8 years.
