Started out fine. My only concern was that the water heater was flushed into my bath tub. Everywhere that I have read said NOT to do that. But he said it was not a problem. A slight disagreement as to how long he worked. But we quickly resolved it. All in all, I was satisfied with his work.

The main office didn't let me know the crew was running late, so I called them to check. They apologized sincerely, and the work was completed the day it was promised. When they arrived, the two guys were very friendly, polite, efficient, and clean. Very happy with the service.
