Water Heater Installation and Replacement

Sean was very professional, kept me informed about what he had to do and the problems he found. He was able to have another employee bring a hot water heater so that he did not have to run back to the supply house to get one. He was able to coninue working and disconnect and remove the old water heater and within a few minuets after he had completed that they arrived with the new one. They had a problem trying to get it into the space since the circumference of the new heater was larger. They were able to get it in place and Sean proceeded to hook everything up and within twenty minuets I had hot water. Very professional job.

When I entered my request for emergency service on a Saturday, I received a call from Coastal Plumbing within a few minutes. He was at the house within an hour and a half from my original call. The problem was cleared. He was very professional and explained everything very well. I will definitely use Coastal Plumbing again for any plumbing service.
