Very professional and courteous. They showed up perfectly on time, and had everything they needed to do the job. They didn't try a hard sell, or upsell, but came in, looked at the problem, evaluated it and were able to fix it with parts on hand. Can't say enough good things about them - was exceptionally pleased with them and their service.

Another Sevicemagic pro said I had to replace coils which is pricey so I got a second opinion. Cobalt came promptly the next morning and plugged up a leak that the first pro didn't catch. The plug stopped the overflow drips! Cobalt didn't even charge me for the quick visit. I will definitely call them if I need Hvac work again. They have excellent customer service and are very friendly.

Amazing. The work, the attitude, truly down to earth, extremely timely response, the customer service, they followed up until they got hold of me and did not use my missing their calls as an excuse to delay progress of the work, the cost. Cobalt is always be my first stop.

I called yesterday to make an appointment because my furnace would not stay on. They scheduled it for 7:30 this morning they were on time, fast & efficient, they cleaned everything it was only a small part that needed to be replaced. Good Job!! Thanks
