My regular service provider was unavailable this year so I used an alternate. The contractor was courteous, but needed prodding to complete the job; removing leaves from the roof. He stated it usually would cost more, but condescended to my request. Side gate was left open, and a tool was left in the garden. I did recommend him to my neighbor at the time.

Cobblestone was very responsive to our needs and time constraints. The job started out as roof cleaning with the subsequent addition of window cleaning, both were done within our expectations. Overall, Adam did a great job for us and we highly recommend his services. We anticipate using Cobblestone on an annual basis to maintain our roof.

Adam was very attentive to the needs that our job required. The job was a lot bigger than we had originally and Adam continued to work on it until the job was completed to our satisfication. I am pleased to know he will be stopping back in a month to ensure the product he utilized is working and that we are still pleased with his service.
