Cocalico Plumbing & Heating installed 2 new ground water heat pumps slightly over 10 years ago to replace my existing aging ones. I am a retired building contractor and did a lot of research before hiring them, finding their pricing to be very competitive. The new heat pumps are far more efficient than the original ones. All of the employees that I've encountered between then and now have been very professional. They service both units twice a year and have always been prompt and efficient with any problems. I would highly recommend them.

Due to a faulty fitting (no fault of Cocalico's), I had a bad leak that required substantial cleanup & renovation. They were quickly there and extremely helpful. Any qualified HVAC firm SHOULD be able to do a good job but the ones that take care of the difficult details are far fewer. Cocalico goes the extra distance.

The unit installed was a carrier system. So we will wait to see how it performs when I use it in the summer. The team that installed it was on time and the work completed on schedule and it looks like they did a great job. Did find a damaged door trim at garage door Suspect that was when removing old unit. Nothing that some wood filler and pant won't fix. The new outside unit that uses the 410 A instead of the r22 are much larger will have to cut back the landscaping before turning on the unit

I didn't need new filters so I felt the price was a little high. The basic filter is covered in the contract, so since I didn't need any, should there be a refund?

Overall, they were very good. When a problem arised, they were quick to respond and fix the problem. Only problem was the company used to drill the well. They did not back fill completely. Cocalico did a very good job on their part.

Very polite and upfront about pricing. My only issue is that I am still appalled at the plumbing industry's pricing. Over $200 to replace two cartidges for faucet handles. Total time on the job....about 15 min.

Raymond Hoover sold me on Cocalico when he told me they installed about 50 geothermal units a year. Having the best price cinched the deal. Joe and Warren removed the old unit and installed the new one in one day. Joe answered all my questions and concerns about the system. After one week the house, on some really cold days, is warm and comfortable. The desuper heater has the water in the tank at 100 F.

this company did a awesome job. providing all information and options I could have. the gentleman who came out to see what I was looking for, made me very comfortable with using their company. knowing his products. and not concern about what prices I had gotten from other companys. the guys who installed were very good also. the all around experience was great.
