During the first phone conversation, Dan saved me the cost of the complete purchase, install,and permits for my generator project, that another company was trying to over sell me. It was a good experience working with Dan from Codan Electric as he was knowledgeable, professional and patient with all our questions. I did not realize how much service had to be verified and calculated in order to complete the installation. Dan coordinated the installation with the gas company and local building inspector. I had several little electrical repairs and fixture installations, and was pleasantly surprised when Codan was willing to come out to the rural area in CT to do the work. This is a family business, consisting of a father and son. Excellent customer service-called before coming over to work on project. Both what he was going to do (many of the project required troubleshooting) and after identifying the problem, explained what he would do to fix it. I learned a lot about electrical issues during his visit! Left the areas in the same or better condition than they were before he made the repairs. Definitely would use again.
