WORST EXPERIENCE SINCE BECOMMING A DISABLED SENIOR CITIZEN, PAID MONEY UPFRONT, NEVER CAME BACK TO DO REPAIRS (261.00) CANCELLED SERVICE CALL TOLD THEM TO REFUND FUNDS TO MY CREDIT CARD. NOT REFUNDED TALKED TO MR COFFMAN AND HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! FILED CLAIM WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FRAUD COMPLAINT WITH CREDIT CARD CO.

I would not recommend Coffman Applicance to anyone simply put because the customer service was non existent. the first time out to fix my fridge, said he would be out on monday, eventually showed on wed. That was the good service call. when i reported that the fridge never cooled after his service call, I requested a return visit online on a sunday, no response, eventually I called on a tuesday, Mr. Coffman asked if he could come out on wed. today is friday and he never came back and never showed me the courtesy of a call. i called and left a msg asking him to never return, I'll just eat my 65.00 service call

Coffman replied instantly to my inquiry through servicemagic.. I was able to articulate the problem over the phone and they arrived out as scheduled with the correct part. Additionally they really worked with my schedule - Big plus. When he shows up - Ask him how long he has been working on appliances.. Ask for the pic!

He looked at my washer and tried to fix it. The motor was bured out and he advised it would be more economical to replace washer.

Hired for a property that our company manages. My only complaint was the timing. The appointment was set up for 1pm, but they didn't show up until between 3-330pm. I understand that some jobs take longer than expected, but when dealing with a house that's not your own, I was a little upset to sit there for over 2 hours. I had another appointment on the south side that I had to get to so they did work with me on doing the repairs and mailing me the invoice, so it all worked out in the end.

This is the second time I have used Coffmans and the experience was great

My dryer is still not fixed. It has been two weeks today. He came out very quickly and was very friendly when he was in my home. I paid him the initial visit fee and for the work he did on that day. He said he had to order a part and the only reason I have head his voice was because I have called 3 times to see what is up. Two times I was told he would call me back. The 3rd time I called I actually talked to him, all initiated by me, I never recieved returned calls. I think the part could have arrived from CHINA by now. Very friendly in the home, but the service in my opinion is poor.

first off he came out and adjusted a vent and said it was fixed and warrantied for 90 days, well the firg never worked or cooled inside frig compartment. He charged us 85 dollars for the call and nothing was fixed. We had to call several times to request him back to check frig. He did not show up 3 times when he said he would and finally he came back to check frig. He said it was either low on freon or needed a new compressor for 800 dollars, he did not really know what was wrong, I think he said and did what he did to get us off the list. Very disgusted and would never never recommend this organization to anyone in need of repair.
