Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
Furniture and new floor was damaged, Still damaged, and not even a call from the sales person after one week. I expect the floor to be repaired, and for the sales person to follow up on his promises, but I would bet he will not. I gave them over a week to avoid this negative comment, but now it's too late. Expensive too$$$$$$$$$$$$

"I am confused Troy, I have not heard of anything concerning your job. I would like to say first and foremost I am sorry to hear something was damaged, I see the job was completed and paid in full with no problems. If there is a repair issue we are here to help. As for our prices we are very competitive and we have the best installers around. I also see that I have a signed completion certificate by you stating the job was done and completed and then you paid in full. I don't think this is fair for you to complain about my company when we have not heard anything from you. We are here to help Troy, just need to know what's wrong."

Sub contractors were completely unqualified. My hardwood floor is in worse condition overall, house was not protected during sanding process causing huge mess and cleanup expense, tile floor had to be redone. Redeeming factor is that Cody (owner) was very concerned and had the tile floor redone at his cost. He kept his word that he would try to make the situation better.

Update: My carpet has been installed and I am pleased that I made a good selection. I am also glad that they provide other services, such as installation of blinds. Coker sales representative, Cody, provided excellent examples and information on carpeting best suited for my purposes. Price is very reasonable. Services and installation staff were very professional. The firm is also located in my immediate neighborhood, giving me easy access. Thank you for providing this reference.

The marble was broken in a few places when they were done and I had to call them back to replace the broken marble tile. I haven't had the carpet laid as it has NOT come in yet which I think is taking an exorbitant amout of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone because I have not been satified with their service this far.

"Well it looks like you chose a carpet that is a special order. That will happen time to time. As for the marble sometimes the tiles will be chipped due to packaging. It is an easy fix and can be done in an hour in most cases. We appreciate the business and look forward to serving you in the future."
