I will hire them again, but I think they're pretty expensive. Not any more expensive than others, and their customer service and speed is why I will hire them again and again. Expensive, but they responded quickly, diagnosed and repaired the problem, and again, their customer service was great.

Excellent response. They called immediately and managed to fit me in within hours. Had the problems solved right away. A little expensive, but I then again I have not needed one in ages and it could be totally in line with current rates. The call was $180.00 dollars and took about 15 minutes.

He arrived spot on time. got right to work, and completed in 20 min's.I don't know the base charge or what, but the bill was $160.00. That works to$480.00/ HR + tax. He did the job totally well, but at that price I wish I was physicaly able to do the work.

Collins contacted me within minutes of my service msgic contact- plumber was on site at the promised time-fixed one problem immediately and explained why the other was not necessarysaving us money-we consider Eric competent, reliable and professional. We would hire collins again and would recommend them as well.

Found out that it was not the hot water tank, but was a bad water timer unit, which we replaced ourselves. The Collins rep., was able to find the problem right away, and did not try to sell us new tank just because. When and if we do need plumbing services in the future, we will call Collins.

The contacted me almost as soon as I logged off of your site. They were here later that morning. The plumber was very efficient, thorough, courteous and skilled. He had to make a couple of trips to the hardware store. He went a couple of times into the crawl space. The job was completed quickly and my bathroom was cleaned up afterwards. The cost was actually less than I was expecting. I am very pleased with the work done and by Colling Plumbing.

Fast friendly service

It was a simple job (little over an hour), a frozen pipe to the front lawn. Fortunately, there was a shut off valve just for that faucet. Collins sent someone out the next day. Good work!

Unbelievably fast to call and schedule a time to come out and available same day (within only about an hour!). Service professional was knowledgable, friendly, clean, instilled trust immediately, and more than fair. I'd hire these guys again in an instant!

The person called to advise of a delay in arrival because of a fallen tree. He was knowledgeable and efficient with the work.

I Golden's Mobile Home Park and I thought the pipe from Mobile Home to the Septic tank was clogged but they checked it and in the mobile Home they needed a new toilet.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I was only getting an estimate (still haven't had the work done) but they were prompt and made sure I understood what was involved in my estimate.

Mike called immediately. They were able to identify and fix a long standing leak when no one else had been able to. Very polite and professional. The work took a few hours longer than expected but they negotiated a lower rate for the extra time. The repairs were done within one day of the call. I had to deal with them remotely for my mother's house in Silverdale (as I live in the Seattle area) and they were very understanding and accomodating. Great communication. Highly recommended!
