Concept Building, LLC, was established in 2009, and was premised on the simple concept: build the best team of in-house staff, support them with highly skilled sub-contractors, and clients will come, and come back. The ability to satisfy both client and architect while maintaining a disciplined budget, timeline, quality installations, and vendor relationship is an intricate process which Concept Building takes pride in. Our staff is tasked with generating regular budget updates, schedules, constant supervision and coordination with vendors. Most importantly, they keep the lines of communication between Concept Building, architect and the client open and honest. It is also worth highlighting the importance of the direct oversight and direction vendors regularly receive from us. Coupled with a plan and insight from your architect, the direction and support vendors receive from our staff provides homeowners with the best opportunity for success.
