Electric Furnace or Forced Air Heating System Repair Service
Furnace Blower went out during 20 degree weather, called at 6:30 AM an had a Service Tech call me back within a hour, at home by 9:30 AM, requisitioned part, returned and the heat was back on by 12:30 PM. Very Happy with service, cost was less then $300.00.

Serviceman seemed very hesitant to come in or deal with us directly. Made us uncomfortable but the service he provided was quick and my AC was fixed.

Our A/C had a small leak, causing the smoke detector off. I called and had someone here in about an hour. The service technicians were on other jobs, so one of the owners came out. He found the leak and "fixed" it. A few hours later, we had water dripping from the ceiling fan. Then the ceiling started to bubble as it filled with water. Eventually, it al came down. We now have a light bulb extension holding up the ceiling in the master bedroom! The next day a tech came out, and immediately found the problem. It was fixed incorrectly the first time. They have not contacted us.

Great service. Reasonably priced. Slight mixup in communication, but service guy ended up being very flexible with my schedule. Turns out my unit has a leak. They quickly found the problem, but I'm still waiting on an estimate in order to fix the leak.

Called back quickly and set up service for the next day. Tech was very nice and did a great job. Only draw back for me was I felt like the person who called tried to "up sell" on the service. I explained that I just wanted a standard service and that's what I received. Very happy overall.

I didn't have a unit installed. I was leaking freon , so they found my condenser was leaking, and the price was good as well as the service. Everyone was so nice and I will be using them in the future to service my unit.

They installed a new unit for me, and I could not be more pleased. From the first call with them until Dean had completed the work everything went great. I did get two other estimates and Concord was the lowest one. They did exactly what they said they would and kept me informed during the entire job.

Very good customer service, i filled out the form and recieved a call within an hour..I was so impressed. The service man showed up on Saturday Morning, was there an hour, the service man Kevin explained the pricing before any work was done, he was very good. We were very much satified,. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone else..
