Our request was last-minute for hauling moving debris from home/studio on a Saturday evening. He was there within 45 minutes, handled half a dumpster worth of heavy debris without stopping and with amazing good cheer, and cleaned up the "leavings" on his own without being asked. Then he invoiced us for less than his telephone quote -- we gave him more. We were delighted!
