Conrad Construction Co.

I used Conrad because the others weren't offered to me. I tried for several weeks to find a contractor and Conrad was the only response I received. It would have been nice to have at least 3 bids. In the future, I will be a lot more specific about what I want and expect from the job. I accept partial resonsibility for the communication issue. I think for the most part, I got my money's worth. As far as timeliness, I think all contractor's work at their own pace and don't ever complete a job in the amount of time they say they will. Although I gave a good rating for quality, I had to fix some things that the workers messed up. Had they not messed up and cost me additional funds to correct their errors, they would have received a better rating on both quality and budget. I think for the most part, I did get my money's worth, but you do have to be very specific with what you want and expect out of the job. Put everything in writing so there's no misunderstanding.
