Plaster Repair
On time and on budget, that's what I want when I hire a contractor for a project. Conrad was great to work with. Attentive to detail and to what we wanted to accomplish. We needed him to recreate the texture in an original 1921 plaster ceiling and he did an amazing job with it.

Excellent service, went above and beyond the details of the job and provided an excellent end product. Conrad and his guys really care about the quality of their work. They did a great job on this small project and I will definitely hire Conrad again in the future. They even worked on a Saturday morning to finish up what they couldn't get done during the week! Cracks still visiable in drywall, did not wipe dust off walls before painting resulting in paint pealing off

"i was hired to repair homeowners attempt to repair drywall only,but since i had left over primer from previous job i primed the whole bathroom for no extra charge.The crack they are talking about was from a very poor sheetrock installation which i added more sheetrock screws,fiberglass reinvorcment tape and told them if they ever had any problems with my work i would get right over there ,but instead they would rather to attempt ruining my business.jUST GOES TO SHOW that some people do not appreciate things.As far as paint peeling not my fault they have a defective bathroom exhaust fan and plugged up exhaust vent."

Drywall Repair
Conrad is very straitforward and upfront, gives candid responses and follows up his bid with excellent results. Highly recommended. I needed drywall repair, paint, and texture that matched the wall. He was able to finish the project in 1.5 days (mostly dry time), and the wall looks as good as new. If you can find a way into his busy schedule sign him up!

Conrad's team did a fine job. One time. Good qulaity. Friendly. This was an interior painting of Kitchen - Dinning Room - Living Room - Entry and staircase. It's a 30 year old house and lots of the sheetrock screws have popped due to settling of the house. The fixed every one. A qulaity job. I'am having him back in a few months to remove wallpaper from the laundry.

I turned to the internet when I needed an emergency repair to a bathroom ceiling leak in my rental property. Conrad's name and others came up. He responded immediately, his quote was competetive and he worked me into his schedule. I have to say the volume of positive comments, like I am adding, did affect my decision to call. And everything turned out great. He was fast, professional and neat. When I showed my plumber friend the final result he was so impressed. He said, " Give me his name." Conrad had to come back to retouch our ceiling. He had trouble with equipment, but he cheerfully cmae back the next day and fixed the problems. I think the value of his work is great. His bid was the lowest, and he left us extra paint to match in case we need to touch up our new ceiling.

Mr. Hanson is a very personable, knowledgable and experienced professional. The quality of his work is next to perfection. He completed the project when he said he would and did everthing he promised to do and more. We felt he did a good job. There were a couple of areas we thought could have improved such as brush marks instead of clean roller marks. Overall, for the money, he did a good job. We would use him again.
