They have not done the work yet but I like the way Ron lugo explained everything to me and my husband, he was very very professional, he called or emailed us with all the info and answered all our questions, I'm looking forward to them doing my repairs soon.

Always came to work at the time arranged; gave low estimate in very timely manner and stuck to it; explained options based upon my request, including possible problems (and he was right). Cleaned up completely when work was finished. Provided paperwork as requested. Familiar with older housing stock. Attempted to repair item before recommending replacement. Very personable.

Received a response from all three within the first half hour. Actually got a quote from the first company, spoke with Constructive which came out and provided a written quote. I was pleased with his explanation, scheduled the work for that Friday. He came out did the work with no problems. Will use them again in the near future for upgrades.
