The owner left some small details undone and totally neglected. When I phoned him (Mr. Komaroski) the owner of the company, he never accepted my calls and never returned one call(of15). When we called the men who did the work they were ALL critical of the owners indifference to me but were unable to return because of a fear of losing their jobs if the owner did not allow them to return....I am only sorry that we paid him the full amount and did not withhold enough so we could hire another professional to finish the job correctly. Who ever reads this I can only say beware you only get what you pay for...he was cheaper but was a devious, unethical, scoundrel...STAY AWAY!!!

I was told that the service would take one day and a dustless sander would be used and that is why they are more expensive. It took two whole days and they couldn't use the dustless sander. No one returned my calls whey I called to question about it. They also have you rate them on paper and on the phone minutes after the work is done, instead of living with it for a day and then rating.
