Bill arrived early , was already working @ 7:00 am. Some issues arose when he got to the problem, had to dig in a second spot under the street. He worked with the city to get things done quickly and correctly. Bill and his crew did an awesome job and much cheaper than other quotes I had gotten even with the problems that arose. I recommend bill very highly to everyone.

Bill drove up to my house bright and early and had the permits in his hand by the time we scheduled to meet. He worked fast and efficiently and his price was unbeatable. I highly recommend!

Bill arrived on time, went straight to work. Thawed the ground and even took the time to get the mud out of the pipe to the turn off key. The meter was actually inside my house so he took precautions not to make a mess and cleaned up after. He was willing to talk me through the process and even stayed to clean out all my sink aerators that got clogged with the sediment. I was back in water with no problems by the time he left and it only took a couple hours from the time he started outside. WOW! Thanks!

Mr. Coppin exceeded my expectations! Rooter Town & Ben Franklin quoted 8K+ for partial repair, sleeving, and other trenchless modalities. Mr. Coppin replaced my entire line (70ft) in half a day, exactly as he quoted and did it for less than half the price as the "big guys." I am so relieved I went with him!

Coppin Sewer did a great job on my main sewer line. They showed up on time, worked hard until they got the job done. They did minimal damage to my lawn, and did a great job cleaning up. Not to mention, my plumbing is great now.

They responded to the initial call within an hour..were on site for an inspection and evaluation almost immediately..provided clear, precise explanations of the problem, and recommended course of action. The use of high tech tools and techniques to help me see the problem made the decision to move forward easy. When they arrived to do the job, it was like clockwork. He operates the heavy equipment with the precision of a surgeon..very impressive. They were here early and gone by 11:00AM. Oh, and the price, very fair and reasonable. I'd use/recommend them without hesitation!!

ROTO-ROOTER WANTED TO CHARGE 7900.00 DOLLARS COPPIN DID IT FOR 1600.00 WHAT ELSE CAN YOU SAY!! THEY DID A BUNCH OF HAND DIGGING UNDER MY SIDEWALK AND DIDN'T CHARGE MORE. I WANTED TO HUG HIM WHEN HE GOT DONE AND CHARGED WHAT HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE. AMAZING, HE ALSO TOLD ME IF I NEED HELP CLEANING UP DIRT CALL IN SPRING. THIS WAS THE BEST DEAL I HAVE RECEIVED IN MY LIFE AND YOU WILL NEVER KNOW HOW GREAT THAT IS. I COULD GO ON AND ON BUT I WON'T. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET GOING WITH COPPIN.

At the time of my initial contact, I had a sewer block under the city street and so needed estimates for digging and line replacement. Bill was very responsive, returned my calls and provided a bid for me after the underground lines were marked. However,I was able to get the line opened and then contacted Bill requesting an est. for a liner. Unfortunately, this is not offered. Have you considered getting someone certified to place liners, since it's more cost effective than digging? There is a company is So. Dakota who is going to manufacture the product, so I'm guessing this would reduce the overhead cost of shipping material from Canada.

Bill replaced our main water pipe that was leaking in our basement. He is a very nice and knowledgable professional. We put in an emergency work order and Bill showed up fast to help us with our issue. I would recommend hiring Bill and I will continue to hire him for my future plumbing needs.
