About us
Founded in 1985 as the construction division of the Hickel Corporation, Cornice Construction Company specializes in additions and remodeling of single-family homes. We also build custom homes on our own lots or on the client's lot. We can also help our client find a lot through our real estate division. In 1990, we began working in residential remodeling, including room additions, kitchens, and baths. We have projects as large as 2000 square foot additions, and 2000 square foot remodels to optimize the view of a Mercer Island home. We have a higher standard for our business ethics, scheduling, detailed budgets, and quality of work to achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction. Our subcontracted companies are highly respected in their area of expertise. Crewmembers, to the best of their ability, strive to fulfill our mission in their speech, mental attitudes, and personal behavior.
