Scott has clearly stated that he refuses to address our concerns and has provided substandard fixes extorting extra funds stating that it would require more money than originally stated to do the work to the level agreed upon. (extra dirt for proper grading to remove low spots and provide a uniformly smooth, graded and hydro-seeded lawn). I have been cursed at and threatened with a lien on my property if I did not pay immediately, meaning the same day. This demand was made repeatedly with calls and text on the same day with threat to file a lien on the very next day disregarding every attempt to communicate the issues that needed to be addressed, in fact stating he would not read the long communications sent detailing the issues, only demanding payment despite the fact that multiple issues have had to be fixed or repaired and are still not done properly at this point. I initially was presented with a bill that had a due date that was 30 days after the invoice was sent.
