About us
My real estate career first started in 1991 as a Residential Appraiser, where I became licensed as a State Certified Residential appraiser both in Missouri and Illinois. I quickly became an investor purchasing several properties having them rehabbed, then reselling them. I kept a few properties along the way that I currently own and manage myself as rentals. During this time, I also attended AHIT home inspection training, performing home inspections as an added service and have recently added energy auditing training to my resume. I have also owned, constructed and leased several commercial buildings including our current office location. I opened my real estate brokerage in 2004 offering a wide variety of service levels to my clients based on their individual needs. My vast experience has helped my clients and my agents clients get the most out of their real estate needs.
