Showed up on time...did a good job cleaning the carpets. Tried to "upsell" upon arrival to the "Carpet protection", but we declined. The carpet cleaner that showed up was friendly and fun. The carpet turned out well, but a couple spots were missed. Not a big deal...a little Spot Shot cleaned up the spots well! Price was reasonable and comparable to most others in the area.

I was very happy with the service. They did a great job. I did do some homework prior, and I was very comfortable in using them. They have been with the BBB for years and no issues, they even have a A+ rating.

I told them up front I had a small carpet I would like cleaned. My wife is a teacher and it was a classroom reading rug. They offered to clean it for fifteen dollars and made an appointment to come by an clean it. I left it outside my door as we agreed and left a check in the door, as agreed, for the service. They did not show up and when I called them, they told me the other job in Chandler cancelled so they would not do mine. Well, I have a larger job now they will not get and I have had occasion to steer some friends away from them. If they did not want to do it, they should have told me in the first place and no hard feelings.

Pretty pricy, but a job well done.

A lot of various services were offered outside of just carpet cleaning. In addition to having the carpets cleaned, I opted to have my tile cleaned as well.

We did have to reschedule due to a technical difficulty on their end, however, they were top professionals. They contacted me on time to discuss the rescheudle and offered to come on a the next day, which was a Sunday. The cleaning went well and they went out of their way to compensate me for the reschedule.

They did a great job and it looks like new. One concern is this...when they called me to give me a quote, then they sent their tech out, his quote was over $200.00 more than the original quote. So when I called the company, said I liked him, however concerned about the price he quoted, they went back to the original estimate. I have given them as a "guestamite" 700 sq ft, the actual sq ft measured by the tech was 670 sq ft.

Well my first scheduled appointment they did not make it . I received a call saying that the technician had been in a accident and he would be there late or they would call me back and let me know the status. I understood that was fine but I waited for several hours and never received a call back to let me know what the status was . I was a little dissapointed and thought it was very unprofessional . I received a phone call the next day in the afternoon , asking me to reschedule. I did reschedule the appointment and the technician was there on time . He completed the job very quickly was there 30 min. or less .The carpet was satisfactory.

Areas were left to wet to be able to tell if they were cleaned. 2 days later when they dried, the areas were still not properly cleaned. Area that additional charges ($75) were incurred for minor stretching in doorway was not properly done. Contractor contract specifies they will not be liable for poor work unless stated at time cleaner is on promise, but due to excess poisture in carpet, this was not possible. Vacuuming after carpet dried removed "debris" (i.e., dust anda pet hair) that should have been removed at time of cleaning completion. Overall a very poor job for the money charged.

carpet came out well. The carpet stayed wet much longer then I was told it would but eventually dried. This business charges a fuel fee.

This company did a very good job. They responded quickly and they were on time. He worked very hard. The carpets and upholstery dried quickly. It was hard getting the traffic areas to look clean.

Available immediately. Did a good job. Called the next day to followup. Came out the day after that to further treat a lingering pet urine smell left by previous occupants free of charge. I already plan to have Coyote clean the carpet again at the completion of remodel work.
