Chris was pleasant and responsive at first and gave a fair price for the job. However- they caused significant damage to our home by not properly sealing off area, there was construction dust covering entire house. Chris agreed to pay for a professional clean however after seemed to resent us intensely and not even check on the work his subs were doing- cracked tiles installed, missing tiles, electric plates left uninstalled, but he would argue work was completed until we sent pics. Less than 9 months later the shower door is coming off hinges and cracked tiled from improper installation.

"This woman was the most difficult customer in 29 years in business. The crux of the problem is that she supplied a very cheap shower door. Nearly 10 months after installation she had problems with it. She expects me to warranty a door she supplied. I am not obligated either to warranty something I did not supply."

Chris was very professional and receptive to our needs. We were looking to have a deck build in a certain time frame and were not sure as to what kind of material we wanted or could afford. Chris went over the different materials and gave us his professional opinion without bias toward the more expensive option. We had Chris build us a16'x20' deck made of composite with pvc railings. Chris's employees were also very professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. We have received many compliments on the deck and are very pleased with the work that was done. I would not hesitate to refer C.P.Curtin to my friends and family.

Chris was very responsive and consistently provided a high level of quality on our project. Our project was to finish our basement, which meant Chris had to coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpet people, and a ceiling installer. All were hassle free from my perspective. Also, the project was finished right on budget. I would definitely recommend him.

From the very first visit we felt comfortable and believed we could trust you. Trust is very important to us and you earned it with no trouble. We cherished your enthusiasm and ongoing desire to make us happy. . The fact you still came after suffering a knuckle injury and worked while in obvious pain made me feel terrible and excited at the same time! You have a wonderful sense of humor and your other Chris really scored not only with us but with our dog George as well!! We will remember you in the future and spread the word. We have stalled on this project for the time being due to a family issue, but Chris Curtain was execellent in the process up to this point - when we resume the project, I hope that he and his team will be available to continue the excellent service!
