Crafton Contractors, Inc.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent remodeling project on my property, which has been overseen by Crafton Contractors. Over the past few months, my wife and I have observed a decline in the effective management, level of professionalism and competence expected. There have been several instances where I have noticed lapses in judgment and decision-making, which have affected the progress and quality of the work being done by Mr. Arthur Crafton, especially the presence of alcohol consumption while working in our home. As a client, I expect a high standard of professionalism and competency in the services provided. The issues I have observed are impacting our confidence in the successful completion of the project and raise questions about the overall quality of work being delivered.
